Key leadership team meetings are used to properly determine your organization’s execution capability (or “strexecution” point) by evaluating its SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) with close attention paid to the quantitative Impact (I) of each strength and weakness variable when compared with each opportunity and threat. Additionally, insights are gained through the use of tools like a Fishbone Diagram, which defines the precise strategies needed to achieve the annual initiatives and determines the right person(s) responsible for their accomplishment. Further, the organization’s Core Foundational Data will be identified and agreed upon inclusive of the following:
